I had rebuilt chev350 puched out to 382. evertthing was changed out. Now the motor will start to cut out when hot. And at high speed it also cuts out. So why / what is the cause of the cutting out ????

I am currently building a 1929 high boy pickup hot rod. I just purchased the new chassis and am trying to set the cab to map out the engine position and fire wall placement. I have purchased a new wood kit for the cab (both roof and body). Anyway, I am perplexed as to how to install the new wood kit and have worn my computer out trying to research any kind of instructions or hints as to how to do this. Do you know of any sources to acquire wood kit installation guides/books?
